Does Hotel Carmel have a 24-hour Front Desk?

Yes, the Front Desk of Hotel Carmel is open 24 hours a day.

What does the Nightly Amenity Fee include?

The Nightly Amenity Fee includes:

  • Bagel Bar with House-Made Spreads, House-Made Granola, Coffee & Juice
  • Hosted Evening Wine Reception
  • In-Room Espresso
  • Unlimited High Speed WiFi Access

Do you have a pool?

No, we do not have a pool.

Do you have a hot tub?

Yes. The hot tub has a capacity of 6 people and is open daily 9:30am to 9:30pm.

Do you charge a parking fee?

No, there is no parking fee. Limited parking is available.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes. A Pet Waiver must be signed and a $50 non-refundable pet deposit will be charged upon check-in.

The fee will be waived for service animals.

Is there dining on property?

Yes, Brophy’s Tavern is connected to our main building. Carmel’s favorite spot for sports, stories and sustenance.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. Check out is at 12 p.m. (noon).


Do you have roll-away beds?

No, we do not have roll-away beds.

What is the minimum age for check-in?

Guests must be 21 years or older to check into a room.

Do you provide Cribs or Pack n Plays?

Yes, we offer cribs and pack n plays at no charge. They are based on availability. Please call our reservations team to reserve one at 855 622 7635.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We do have a limited number of connecting rooms on property. This is on a request basis and can not be guaranteed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 7 day prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 4pm local time, 7 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Is there an early departure fee?

We do not have an early departure fee.

How can I view or change my reservation?

Click here and select “My Reservations” at the top.

Can I request an early arrival?

Early arrivals are based on availability on the day of arrival. Call 831 624 9800 prior to your arrival for more information.

I confirmed through a third-party, how do I make changes or cancel that reservation?

We are unable to modify or cancel third-party reservations. Contact the company directly that you confirmed with.

Do you have ADA Accessible rooms?

Yes, we do have ADA Accessible rooms. Please, contact our Front Office for details 831 624 9800.


Do you have a fitness center?

No, but we suggest trying out In-Shape Gym. It is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Do you have a Spa?

No, here are a few we suggest in the area.
